My name is Wai Wai Lwin. I joined Applippli Japan in 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer and moved to Applippli Myanmar in 2020 as the Country Director.

I chose Applippli because I wanted to lead in an environment where innovation, growth, and collaboration are valued. In my role, I guide the team in tackling complex projects and implementing strategies that drive both technical excellence and operational success.

I’m Thet Su Khine.I joined Applippli Myanmar on March 3, 2025.I have professional experience with a Singaporean company, and I am eager to gain work experience in a Japanese company.

My goal is to work in Japan in the future to enhance and advance my career.After joining the company, I had the opportunity to work with new technologies.

Hello, nice to meet you.
My name is Wunna Thaw.
I have been working at applippli Company since February 2024.
I currently serve as the Section Manager of the System Design Department.

Our company mainly develops system software, web applications, and cloud computing. I am not only focused on improving our technical skills, but also on the overall growth of the team. In particular, I am supporting our Myanmar developers to improve their skills and bring them closer to Japanese quality standards. Every day, I learn the importance of understanding cultural differences and respecting each other.
Since Myanmar and Japan have different cultures, I have learned a lot from understanding and respecting these differences.

Working with Japanese colleagues has taught me the importance of teamwork and product quality.

Japan is a country where IT technology is highly developed, and I believe I can grow in this environment. That’s why I decided to work in Japan. Through working here, my design and management skills have grown significantly. I also feel that my problem-solving and communication skills have become stronger than before. I am always conscious of providing high-quality systems.

My name is Hlue Manarr.
I joined Applippli Inc. on March 15, 2021.

The reason I chose this company is that it has a branch in Myanmar, which allows me to gain experience in both Japan and Myanmar. I also wanted to learn and explore new technologies together with fellow Myanmar colleagues.

For about two years after joining the company, I have been developing web applications both as part of a team and on my own.

Since 2023, I have been collaborating with programming teams in Myanmar and Japan to develop various websites. Working closely with the team has allowed me to experience personal growth on a daily basis.
I have also learned the importance of communication, fulfilling my responsibilities within the assigned time, and being punctual.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to work in an environment where I can take on new technical challenges and gain valuable experience at a Japanese company.

I had the opportunity to work at Applippli Japan for about three years.
At first, I was worried because everything such as culture, language, and lifestyle was completely different from my home country.
However, from the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of peace and comfort.
Everyone around me, including my colleagues and their families, treated me with warmth and kindness.
What impressed me most about Japan was the people’s eagerness to keep learning, no matter their age.
They are dedicated to their work, follow rules carefully, and always try to improve themselves.

I’m Naruhito Sakita, the project manager.
When I first started the project in Myanmar, it was just before the COVID-19 pandemic.
I think that despite facing a threat for the first time in the world, we have managed to survive by racking our brains.
I’d like to further develop cooperation between Japan and Myanmar and take on various challenges for the future.
What I expect from our new members is the strength to take steps forward so that we can overcome any difficult situation.
